If you are a new or an experienced developer, we know the key is maximising profit backend, whilst giving you the flexibility to keep working. We prides ourselves on working with developers to ensure that sites permitting they are never idle waiting for previous sites to sell.
Terms are varied but can include lending on “hope value” and part completed developments, however it is favourable to make contact early in the proceeding to enable us to structure the lending to your requirements.

Roll Up of interest – reduced monthly or quarterly liability
GDV Lending – Allowing your contribution in front end again reducing the overall rolled liability and maximising profit
High LTVs – up to 100% in extreme cases, however great terms can be achieved at 70% of site value with 100% of development costs
Build cost includes – We will ask that you include all costs such as professional fees, stamp duty, planning costs, and living expenses in your build costs, thus increasing your overall loan (if required).
Rate – Dependant on circumstances, however Lynne has the experience, the buying power and the contacts that ensure that the rate coupled with the terms offered are right for you
